IBPS has brought a very big change in the pattern of conducting Bank exams in India.For the first time IBPS in collaboration with 19 public sector banks had decided to conduct a Common Written Exam for the recruitment of Probationary Officers and Management Trainees on 18th September 2011.
For schieving good national score in this exam,candidates will have to put a lot of effort,much depends on the self-assessment tests.Candidates will have to realize their strong and weak areas and rectify the weak areas immediately.The Role of Books cannot be forgotten,because books are keys that will open the door of success
